The Home Consultant was founded by Julian Porcino, a Real Estate Agent + Interior Designer based in California.

Originally from the East Coast, he has worked to develop his signature 'White, Wood & Woven' design aesthetic that represents natural, neutral, casual SoCal living. 

He specializes in renovation resale working mostly with investors to acquire, design & sell properties.
